HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM?
If you need to make a claim on your classic car insurance with Heritage, you can:
- Contact your insurer directly using the information on your policy document
- Contact us and we’ll start the claims process for you
- If you have motor legal protection with ALPS, you can call their 24-hour claims line on 0121 248 9447
RENEW MY INSURANCE
If you’re due to renew your cover with us, you should receive a renewal invitation with all the details of the cover you’ve requested. We send this typically 21 days before your insurance is due. You can renew online following the link in the email we’ve sent you.

ADD VEHICLES TO MY MULTI CAR POLICY
To add vehicles to your multi car policy, you can send us the vehicle information easily here, or call us with the details and we can book them in to be added onto cover at their renewal dates.

HOW DO I GET FREE AGREED VALUE?
We offer agreed value free of charge, to give you peace of mind that your insurer will pay out the true value of your classic if you have to make a total loss claim.
If you don’t already have agreed value in place, or you need to update the value we have on file for you, please contact us and we’ll be happy to arrange this.
Please note we may need photographs of your vehicle to confirm your agreed value with the insurer.
